This meeting, located at 278 Spring Street, will include an educational presentation from Norm Groner (Emeritus Professor at John Jay College) titled, �Deciding Who Goes Where, When: A Simple Model for Occupant Movement During Emergencies.� Continental breakfast starts at 8:15 am followed by the meeting at 9:00 am.
